{ Creativity and Money }

When we’re talking about creativity, money is usually not something that we want to look at. It doesn’t seem right. In fact, some people are adamant about keeping the two topics totally separate. That’s okay.
But, I’d like to believe that it doesn’t make it wrong to want to make money out of one’s creative pursuits.
Anyway, for a long time, I’ve been trying to marry the two: my creative interests and making some money from them.
For the most part, I’ve been blessed with being able to see some financial rewards for my efforts. I’m not making massive amounts, but I’m happy with what I’ve got so far.
In any case, when it comes to this particular blog, I haven’t really tried to make that much money off it. After all, I didn’t really think about dollars when I started this. I just wanted to have a way - a platform - to share my adventures and journeys in the creative life.
But, recently, I decided to take my own challenge. It’s not much of a challenge. A $100 for the year. But, I figured, it’s something worth trying just to see if I can do it.
What about you? What are your views when it comes to creativity and money? Would you like to take part in the $100 challenge too?
