{ Paper Journal 2007 }
Published by Shai | Filed under Journals, Diaries and Notebooks
Ever since I started online journalling/blogging, I began to use paper journals a lot less. A shame, really, because I’ve always loved writing on these journals/diaries. I must’ve kept dozens over the years.
Having said that, I don’t think I’ve ever finished a paper journal in one year. Partly because I usually have several journals, notebooks, and sketchbooks on the go. Hence, I’m always putting stuff all over the place.
That’s why early this year, I told myself that I’d start using paper journals more. And this time, I’d like to finish one a year. That’s a challenge for me.
This time, though, I’m learning new ways to keep and to maintain this journal. I began just writing random words and thoughts that appealed to me. So yeah, gone are the days when I feel I have to write just ’significant stuff’ on the journal. I also began doodling, pasting photos, creating lists, and such.
So, let’s see if I can meet my paper journal goal by the end of year.
What about you? Do you still keep a paper journal?

Yes, I still keep a paper journal. And, like you, I keep several and write/doodle/draw on them. In January, I began writing on just *one* paper journal. So far, I’m still with it.
Hope you accomplish your journaling goal!
